Lead generation & fundraising advisory

Capital follows connection.

Dynastic Dimensions puts founders in the right rooms: with investors who write cheques, and with customers and partners who sign contracts. We are led by an active angel investor, so we introduce the way we would want to be introduced.

Our approach

Warm introductions, not cold lists.

A founder's time is the scarcest thing in the company. We spend ours making sure every meeting we set up has a real reason to happen.

Most founders lose months to cold outreach, generic investor databases and meetings that were never going to convert. We work the other way round. We study your business, decide who should genuinely care about it, and introduce you personally, with context, to people who already trust our judgement.

What we do

Two services. One network.

Revenue and capital usually come from the same web of relationships. We run both from a single, deeply maintained network of founders, operators, angels, family offices and funds across India and the Gulf.

Service 01Finder's fee model

Lead Generation

Qualified introductions to the customers, distribution partners and strategic allies that move your revenue line.

  • Ideal-customer and partner mapping built with you
  • Personal, context-rich introductions to decision-makers
  • Pre-briefing so the first meeting starts at the second conversation
  • Follow-through until the lead is qualified or closed out
How fees work. A finder's fee for each qualified introduction, with a referral fee on the business that relationship goes on to generate. We earn when the relationship pays you.
Service 02Success fee model

Fundraising Advisory

Introductions to angels, syndicates, family offices and venture funds whose thesis actually fits your stage and sector.

  • Investment-case review through an investor's eyes
  • Pitch narrative and deck sharpening before anyone sees it
  • A curated, sequenced investor list, not a spray-and-pray
  • Personal introductions and support through to close
How fees work. A fixed success fee, agreed upfront, on capital raised from investors we introduce, including future rounds from those same investors. No raise, no success fee.
How it works

From first call to closed round.

A simple, documented engagement. You always know who we are introducing you to, why, and what happens next.

01

Diagnose

We review your business, traction and raise or sales plan, the way an investor would in diligence.

02

Agree terms

A clear engagement letter sets the fee structure before a single introduction is made.

03

Introduce

Curated, personal introductions to investors or customers, each with a briefing on why the fit is real.

04

Convert

We stay close through meetings, term sheets or contracts, and keep those relationships working for you afterwards.

Who we work best with

Founders who are ready to move.

Proof, not promises

You have early signals: users, revenue, pilots or a sharp insight you can evidence. We bring investors something real to look at.

A clear ask

You know what you are raising and why, or which customers would change your year. We help sharpen it, not invent it.

Speed

Introductions lose heat quickly. The founders we serve best reply the same day and take the meeting the same week.

The principal

Sharan Aggarwal

An investor first. Sharan is a SEBI-accredited angel with 28+ direct investments in early-stage companies, and has sat on the panel of IIT Bombay's The Ten Minute Million since 2017. He knows what a cheque-writer needs to hear, because he is one.

He holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree from Bayes Business School, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma. He has judged pitching competitions across India and the UK, ran LSE Generate's Pitch It! competition and sponsored its prizes, and speaks on angel investing at UK business schools. Questions founders ask

The fine print, plainly.

Our terms are simple and set out in writing before we begin. Here are the answers founders most often want first.

Do you charge a retainer?

Our model is built on outcomes. Lead generation is charged as a finder's fee per qualified introduction, with a referral fee on business that relationship generates. Fundraising is charged as a success fee on capital raised from investors we introduce. The exact figures are agreed in your engagement letter before work starts.

Why do fees continue on future rounds or deals?

Because the relationship we introduce keeps creating value for you. If an investor we introduced backs you again in a later round, or a customer we introduced keeps buying, our fee applies to that business too. It keeps our incentive tied to introducing people who stay with you for the long run, not just the next meeting.

How long does an engagement run?

Engagements are open-ended rather than fixed-term, so the fee terms on relationships we introduce do not lapse after a set date. Terms can be extended with a written addendum as your needs grow, for example adding fundraising to a lead generation mandate.

What stage do you work with?

We work with early-stage founders who have something real to show: users, revenue, pilots or a defensible insight. If you are unsure whether you are ready, send us a note and we will tell you honestly.

What do you need from us to begin?

A short call, your latest deck or one-pager, and a clear view of what you are trying to raise or sell. We will come back with an engagement proposal and an initial view of who we would introduce you to.
